How do I place an order?

1. Go to our Order Form page 2. Either choose a package from the dropdown menu or select the individual items you'd like to hire from the checkbox list 3. Fill in your contact details 4. Tell us using the dropdown menu how long you'd like the items for 5. We'll contact you within 24 hours with a quote and to arrange delivery

I've submitted an order form, but haven't heard from you. Can you help?"

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. First, check your spam or junk folders to make sure our response hasn't been filed there.   If not, do email us or call us and we'll be in touch ASAP

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

If we are delivering your items, we'll take your first month's payment (plus delivery fee) by contactless payment on arrival. Subsequent monthly payments can be made online, either via PayPal or by debit or credit card (using PayPal invoices.)   If you are collecting your items, the above applies, minus the delivery fee.

Do you deliver to my area?

Accepted Answer

We currently deliver to Barnes, Fulham, Putney, Sheen, Wandsworth, Richmond & Wimbledon postcodes for a £3 charge. Free click and collect is also available.

Question 5

I'd like to substitute an item in one of your packages, can I do that?"

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Submit an Order Form and tell us what you'd like to change in the comments box at the bottom, and we'll be in touch to arrange a quote. Or just get in touch by email or phone. Please note that depending on the items you'd like to swap, there may be a difference in price

I love the kit I've hired. Can I keep it?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tell us what you'd like to keep and - depending on how long you've hired it for - there might be an outstanding amount to pay. Then it's all yours.

Question 7

Can I swap the kit I've hired?

Accepted Answer

You sure can. Get in touch and tell us which items you'd like to swap, and what you'd like instead, and we'll sort it.   You'll need to pay another £3 delivery fee each time you make a swap.   In some cases where you swap lower value items for higher value items, your monthly fee may also be subject to change.

Question 8

I'd really like to hire a treadmill or a Pelaton. Why don't you have those available?

Accepted Answer

Weight Up is just getting started and we have limited storage and logistics facilities which restrict the size of kit we can offer right now. But we're constantly looking at what we can add to our range. Keep checking back on the website and on our Instagram page to see the latest items we've got available.

Question 9

Can I send the kit back early?

Accepted Answer

We really hope you enjoy the products you hire from us, but if it's not working out, get in touch by email or by phone and we'll chat it through. There might be other items we can recommend for you to suit you better. Or we are happy to arrange early cancellation if that's what you'd prefer.

Question 10

Can I extend my hire period?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We'll be in contact with you to arrange collection towards the end of your hire duration. Just reply to that email letting us know what you'd like to keep and for how much longer, and we'll arrange a new quote.

Question 11

What if I injure myself using the kit I've hired?

Accepted Answer

You should only hire kit with Weight Up if you know how to use it. We aren't able to provide any instruction on the use of equipment, and we recommend that you use it under the instruction of a fitness professional. Weight Up is not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained whilst equipment is in use

Question 12

What if I damage or break the kit I've hired?

Accepted Answer

Accidents happen, and we accept that a degree of wear and tear may be evident after a hire period. If something you've hired breaks entirely, let us know and we can arrange a replacement or collection.
